Advance notice: Order by 12:00 noon the prior day for optimal service.
Specify details: Provide total volume and pour rate (in cubic metres per hour) for accurate planning.
Confirmed orders: All initial orders must be confirmed—no provisional bookings.
Radio orders: Avoid if possible; if used, confirm by phone same day (balance orders accepted via radio).
On-call orders: Scheduled based on confirmed status and current workload.
Cancellations: Allowed only before truck loading.
Stay in touch: Notify dispatch immediately of any changes or delays.
We arrive on time and keep concrete flowing once the pour begins, completing your full order efficiently, with extras supplied as capacity allows. Plant Managers and Dispatchers handle every order personally to secure the best slot.

Pour Cancellation/Rescheduling Charge
A minimum $600 charge will apply to all pour cancellations. This charge includes expenses incurred for the first RMTO, Plant Manager, and Loader Operator. For each additional RMTO, an additional $200 charge will apply. Notice must be given by 12:00 noon the day prior to pour to avoid this cancellation charge.

Prices on ready-mixed concrete are net and due for payment on or before thirty days after the date of invoice. On overdue accounts, interest at 1.5% monthly (18% per annum) will be charged.
