$2.00\/m\u00b3 fuel surcharge you already pay remains in place.<\/li><li>When the average monthly diesel price exceeds $0.80\/L, a Flex Fuel Surcharge is added on top of the existing $2.00\/m\u00b3 fuel surcharge.<\/li><li>The Flex Fuel Surcharge amount is $0.06\/m\u00b3 for every cent ($0.01) over the $0.80\/L
